ENGAGING QUESTIONS

What's the ROI for marketing in SL?  Expanding from Tateru's weekly headcount, NWN Contributor Rik Riel considers the challenge of measuring virtual world engagement with sites promoting real world organizations, breaking down the problem into five levels of questions-- everything from the basic, "How many avatars are coming?" to the far more complex, "Did engaging with your virtual world presence make them more favorable your product/brand/message?"
