Open Forum: What Are You Doing at SLEDcc/SLCC?
If you're among the 15% of New World Notes readers attending the real world community convention blow-out this weekend, consider this open forum post like a super-charged Twitter (i.e., no 250 character limit): tell us what you're doing now, what you plan to do, and what just happened that you simply have to share. Bonus for insightful commentary and links to photos, which I may just post in a Monday update.
So far I am just meeting people that I have known only as avatars or not at all. Uncomfortable at first, but later it becomes a more natural thing to do. One observation so far: the mass of highly creative people in this one place is truly awesome.

Lamenting the veritable chasm of coolness created by the ineluctable and tragic absence of one Hamlet Au at the SLCC, which hardly passes for an SLCC without said Dr. Au.

One fun news item: I'm very happy to announce that my friends Coreina Grace & Jade Lily got engaged at SLCC! So happy for them!
