3:30 PM - Thinkers: Building Dullsville?
Morgaine Dinova commented, "You would imagine that virtual worlds would offer the ultimate opportunity for human storytelling, since they are not bounded by physical limitations. Yet, look around us, across all of SL --- it's all uniformly identical, instead of exploring without restraint. SL has become a bastion of political correctness, and role playing has become almost sordid, with furries being the last holdout. I'm beginning to wonder whether VW globalization might not destroy the "cultural differences" (by RL analogy) that could allow VWs to provide that wonderful storytelling framework." To what extent is this comment correct? Come and discuss with Extropia. All welcome. In Support for Healing (click here to teleport).
5 PM - Lantian Discussion: Gender Bending in Role Play
