Well, to me, the news that they are now, what they call, capping their clothing models is bigger than some custom shader. These shaders have been around for awhile now in Unity. I do like the control you have with them. Space's ugly "non-capped" clothing really looked bad. I did a tutorial years ago for SL that showed how to easily make inside geometry, as to not see thru the clothing from inside.
