... and one to go. Pathfinder Linden has already posted some lovely screenshots from the fun and dance-filled Noon booksigning with Julian Dibbell, a couple featured in this post, the rest at Pathfinder's Flickr stream here. Purple pokey-haired blogger Rik Riel also has a nice write-up here.
The interview and audience Q&A with Julian launches in under 90 minutes. We've already reached capacity, but if you want to get on the no-show waiting list, send an IM to event director Green Fate.

That's a nice auditorium! Was it built just for this book, or did someone dedicate a sim to being an auditorium for whatever needs one?

This auditorium was built by Millions of Us. It is a replica of the New Globe Theatre -- a project that is planning to build a modern version of Shakespeare's Globe on Governor's Island in New York Harbor. More info can be found at http://www.newglobe.org .
As for the Theatre's uses in SL, we would be more than happy to open it up for public events. Last night's lecture was its public debut -- we also announced a competition at the event for people to create plays for performance in Second Life. More info will be available shortly at http://millionsofus.com/blog
