If there's an SL-based topic you want to talk about, or grassroots content/events you want to promote, post here. Topics abound: Want to tell us about your open source project? Seen a truly amazing build that we have to visit? Played a recent game we've all got to try out? Discuss these and more here, and come Monday, I'll mention noteworthy Comments and discussions in a front page update.
Update, 1/28: starcomber Vig is the first on this blog to point out yesterday's big numerical event:
Three million total accounts created. Of if you prefer, following Philip Linden's ratio of 10% active users-- defined as logging in-world at least once a week three months after account creation-- 300,000 regular Residents. Only years ago (i.e., pre-World of Warcraft), this was considered on the high end for a non-Asian online world.
Well, did anybody go to the Digital Cultures meeting on belief in Second Life last Wednesday?

Three millions! It's about time we go totally open source with Second Life so we can take some pressure off of San Francisco and Austin ;D.
Here's a topic I want to discuss in the open forum: when you search for "new world notes" on google.com, why is it that Hamlet's old blog is still the number one return? =(

Heh, the new blog used to be on the second page, so I'm lucky it's competing that well with the old one. Google is cantankerous about migrated blogs, apparently.
