On Wednesday in wee hours of the early morning (at least in most of the United States) an ecology non-profit and a major marketing firm are sponsoring the flooding of several sims to dramatize the effects of global warming/climate change. Avatars are invited to come by and be drowned for a good cause starting at 2am-6am PST. The floods will be filmed for other climate change actions. Free Tax Advice
Every Tuesday and Thursday up to April 15, HR Block offers free in-world tax advice for Americans rushing to file their income taxes. I'm going to try and write off my tier as an "office rent" expense. At HR Block (112, 50).
10AM - Launch Party for 2 Life – The Jewish Magazine in Second Life
The Jewish Media Corporation of Switzerland will be opening their headquarters in SL and celebrate the publishing of the first Jewish magazine in Second Life, 2 Life. At Nessus (174,94,101).
1PM - Opening of Over the Rainbow Daycare Center
SL parents and children are invited to the grand opening of Over the Rainbow, an in-world preschool and daycare center for children ages 5
and under. Over the Rainbow encourages children to play with each other, share,
and make friends while they learn. This is a roleplay environment; no sexual kidplay allowed. Enrollment for children is L$25. At Kanes Project (112, 112).
4PM - Passover Seder
There will be a "condensed" Passover seder for those who would like to partake in this ancient Jewish traditional meal at Nessus (teleport SLURL.)

To celebrate the opening of Exhibition Island, there will be a fashion exhibition showcasing fashion and design

2-4PM - Concepts of Programming
Instructor Nexus Laguna teaches a class for residents who want to learn to script but have never programmed before. This course aims to teach you the basic principles behind programming

For the faithful or just curious, Easter Sunday is the last day to catch the "redemption tour" of in-world Christian churches. The tour starts at Skybeam (teleport SLURL.) Don't forget your Easter bonnet!
