At the shores of Alpha Auer's Syncretia
Looking for SL sites to see this weekend? Bettina Tizzy's Not Possible IRL blog and group continues to be a repository of wonders. Here's just three: pictured above is Syncretia, created by a Turkish artist, a land where geometry, nature, and man-made artifacts collide. If your tastes lean toward the steampunk, TracyLynn Carpenter has a world for you. Searching for a still wilder place, behold the deliciously vibrant and psychedelic textures of Tuna Oddfellow.
Thanks Hamlet! So appreciated :)
I always know when you've posted one of these because WAVES of people start hitting my blog, which tickles me every which way 'cause then they find out about new places and content creators that are responsible for elevating the quality of our Second Lives with their ground-breaking work.
Second Life is quickly becoming THE venue for artists of every walk of life, be it film, graphics, photography, design, architecture... even music! (Did you see my post on Chouchou?? WOW) It's just such a powerful tool. I do believe it unleashes creativity in every single one of us.

Yeah, caught your Chouchou post, cooking something on that now. :)

Chouchou rox, OMG I friended them on MySpace! Blogged about them recently as well, how could I not? :D
And on-topic, in more recent years (gosh, it's been that long?) I haven't as much time to explore inworld so I do appreciate Betina sharing cool places with us... saves time! Even better, encouraging more exploration — now that's a passion close to my core inworld values!
There should be an explorer's blog roundup, I know Natalia Zelmanov's Mermaid Diaries continues to be prolific and wonderful, too.
