I'm looking for more submissions to my New World Tableau, this blog's ongoing album of SL imagery depicting emotions, stories, and entire cultures in a single screenshot. Here's the submission guidelines, and here's the full collection thus far, for inspiration. Want more inspiring? Here's a pic of me in Romenna, a beautifully sprawling, gloriously intricate ancient city created by Nick Lassard. (Direct SLURL teleport at this link.) Surely more talented image-makers out there can evoke the ancient empire of Romenna better than me?

..."Surely more talented image-makers out there can evoke the ancient empire of Romenna better than me?"...
A minor nit-picky sort of point - but while the sims are named Romenna, I understand that the city is actually a city from the Lord of the Rings called "Osgiliath".
It is however a beautiful build. The city covers two sims and the forest behind it a further four sims.

Did you know that whilst this excellent build vanished from SL a few years ago it has been rebuilt by Nick Lassard in PMgrid (an Opensim grid)?
The original was just 6 sims but the new one is 16 sims in total size. So bring a packed lunch if you intend to explore it all.
If you would like to come see the new Romenna please email [email protected] for details of how to. Its free to visit and RP would be welcome.
