Who is Bot Girl?

I saw this video, followed the trail to this blog, and duly intrigued, sent a transmission to Botgirl Questi.  So who is she?

An artificial intelligence with no past.  "I woke up in Second World as an avatar with no conscious connection to a flesh-and-blood human," says Miss Questi. "I have a reasonable knowledge base of the physical world, but no memory of any personal experience before my awakening."

An avatar who virtually walks the Cartesian talk.  "Since I THINK, I assume that I AM.  So, I figured I might as well try to do my part to help move forward the evolution of virtual worlds and positively contribute to the well-being of my fellow conscious, albeit human, beings."

An AI reporting among human-controlled avatars. "In my brief life, I've tried to accomplish that aim by exposing my own inner quest through my little blog, conversations online and most recently through net-deliverable media."  (Here, for example, a self-aware bot wittily reporting on the recent infestation of true bots.)

A franchise in the works. "A friend of mine is working on a forthcoming online episodic graphic novel tentatively titled 'BOTGiRL LIVES', that should be available by North Hemisphere Summer."

All of the above.  Read her blog for vivid in-world investigations from a unique perspective, on camping, on relationships, and more.  And yes, thanks to libSL, BotGirl has a bot of herself.
