This is ideal weekend viewing: "X Genesis", created by Joga Kidd, an accomplished machinima maker, apparently a trailer to a feature-length production set for a June 2009 premiere. Gloriously shot and edited, with incandescent visual effects throughout, it's the story of a post-apocalyptic future where cyborgs yearn for love, which they can only glimpse in erotic videos left behind by a now extinct human race. As that description suggests, it's probably not safe for seeing at work. But then, that's why it's ideal weekend viewing.

Now that's bizarre. Such a storyline for a trailer right after I finished 'Saturn's Children' by Charles Stross just has to be seen. That book, by the way, is about a sex gynoid living in a world where humans are ex.. oh.
Sounds fun. :)

Hmm, interesting and pretty trailer, but I can't say it compels me to want to watch a feature length version. I have yet to find a single piece of Machinima that I would watch for an hour and a half, they seem to work best as shorts.
