Just in time for the holidays, and after painstaking development, Prad Prathivi has distilled the essence of the Second Life experience, and created a PC keyboard overlay with a hotkey for every important command. Take a detailed look for yourself. No really, you should. Hat tip: Harper Ganesvoort.

Umm, not a funny joke.

Thanks for the linkback, Ham! This important keyboard development has proven to be my most popular article in weeks, and with good reason. The care and thought that Prad put into assigning actions for each key on the board speaks for itself; he covered almost every contingency you can encounter while in Second Life.
Now if there was only a way to type your chat messages (grin).
Oh, incidentally, my 13-year-old daughter was looking at the picture over my shoulder, and going absolutely fall-down laughing. She liked the drama-control keys especially.
