Recently a deliriously cute humanoid squirrel wearing an Aretha Franklin bowtie hat stopped by my office, and after exchanging pleasantries, we teleported over to catch some jazz music at a glamorously squalid club on the outskirts of Kowloon. She's Sanny Yoshikawa, my unflagging Japanese translator for New World Notes, and I'm proud to announce she's also going to help cover the many Japanese communities in Second Life. (Which despite the language barrier, are already famous for the artistry and ambition of their SL content.
