This weekend is the last chance to catch "Kiss the Sky", a gallery of SL-only art sponsored by the New Media Consortium. Featuring over a dozen artists, the show was curated by DanCoyote Antonelli (whose more recent work was lately noted here and here), each piece represents an example of what he calls "hyperformalism", an art movement for the metaverse. Appropriate to that theme, the artworks float high in mid-air, linked by walkways, (rather than a 3D space that resembles a real world museum.)
