Good new blog name for a great idea (that's long overdue): Betterverse, devoted to covering non-profit and social applications of virtual worlds, not just Second Life, but Habbo, WhyVille, and others. It's the brainchild of Rik Riel (as he's known in SL), a veteran of the subject he's blogging about, and just as important, an alum of NWN. Read more here and maybe RSS Rik like me.

I've learned so much from you about the value of telling compelling stories from the virtual world that can touch people whether they've ever been in SL or not. Hopefully I can have a fraction of the impact that NWN has had on the public consciousness of the value of these platforms.
