I'm happy to announce that I'll be running a mini track at the Second Life Community Convention here in San Francisco, with sessions devoted to writing about SL. I'm gathering a great line-up of fellow speakers that I'll announce soon. There's also some dudes named Philip, Mark, and Ray who'll be speaking too. If you are planning to go, be sure to click this link, which will give you a 15% 20% New World Notes discount. Quick reader headcount: Which of you are already registered, and which are still a Definite Maybe?

I'll be there, along with Tuna Oddfellow, and we'll be performing a mixed reality show -- so if you ever wanted to see the man (and woman!) behind the curtain at the Odd Balls, this is your opportunity.
The show's expanded this year, and Tuna (rl magician Fish Fishman) is using two computers and 16 HUDs to display the oddness. It looks like the lighting board for a big touring rock show.
We are *so* psyched to be going!

I wish I could, but with a house on the market, it just isn't going to be possible, being on the wrong coast and all! Here's hoping SLCC returns to its east coast roots next year.

I'll be there but not for the entire three days unfortunately. When are your sessions? I'd love to attend as I do some blogging about SL myself.
