Oh Hamlet, there are oodles and oodles. So many, in fact, and so many splinter-styles of splinter-styles that nobody will even agree where the edges of each one are. "Your world. Your imagination," is nowhere truer than in fashion.

What style, exactly, is the Cthulhu fetus hair? (http://nwn.blogs.com/nwn/2008/08/cthulhus-hair-c.html) Or the stuff from Curio Obscura? (http://emeraldwynn2.blogspot.com/2009/06/day-6-emerald-huntress-screams-quit-it.html)

Do tiny clothes count as a style---or a variety of styles? There is high-fashion tiny design and steam punk tiny design. Are those separate styles included in high fashion and steam punk respectively? Or are they entirely different because they are only worn by tinies? What about accessories for Sion Chickens?

How do you categorize the "She's So Unusual" Goldfish Platforms?(https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=554026) Or the Caged Monkey Platforms by the same designer? (https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=554021)

I look forward to reading about the categories other people come up with but, for my part, I believe that the variety of styles is so great that it defies categorization. It is testament to the amazing creativity and diversity of SL designers.

It's a simple number Hamlet.

Let's you take the number of avatars in SL, raise it to the power of the number of shops in SL and divide that by the number of seconds it takes things to rez.

Easy! :)

How many shades of red are there? Same number.

Harper Ganesvoort

Which, of course, is the sound of one hand clapping.... (Grin)
