Q Linden, director of the Lindens' Applied Engineering group, has an extensive post on how the company incorporates user feedback, including bug reports and feature requests -- a topic that's often seemed obscure. (When T. Linden asked SLCC attendees if they were aware of in-world triage meetings, very few in the audience raised their hands.) This is the most thorough detailing of the procedure I've seen online.
