Here's a cool thing to do for the holidays: Several Second Life music organizations have banded together to produce and sell a copy an in-world CD featuring many SL performers covering classic Christmas carols, with all proceeds going to the esteemed Toys for Tots. According to the site, over $6000 in L$ have been raised so far. (Evidence of the donations are even provided in the form of photos of the cashed checks sent to TFT.)
Donations start at L$500. [Get your own copy at this SLurl]
What other holiday fundraisers are happening right now? Please post details in Comments for highlighting later!
Hat tip: Pyewacket Bellman.
The SL kids with the Milk n Kookies show are doing their fundraiser again.
KoffeeKid Smalls should have the details.
