Not entirely happy with the Second Life 2.0 viewer? Meade Paravane has a long, long, very long list of 2.0 issues filed in the JIRA, the Lindens' online bug/feature request tracker. See your grievances listed there? (Hat tip: Angie Mornington.)

I would be humiliated if this was my work and it was released to the public in its current state.
It's got promise, but functionally it's barely past the mock-up stage.

In addition to what's on the list, I have two other problems with 2.0
1. The prim part of my skirts now looks....odd. There are areas in the prim skirt sections that appear transparent in 2.0 for some reason.
2. For some reason, when I log on using 2.0 it reverts me back to clothing I was wearing the day before not what I was wearing when I logged out.
Not huge things, but annoying.

LL already stated in writing there would be no functionality changes. Dream on jira writers. You either like it or gtfo.

@Siobhan - there are many clothing related issues in the new viewer but can't see your first point logged in the JIRAs. Your second point is normal behaviour (according to LL) if you switch between viewers as the new viewer stores outfits differently.
I have raised 2 minor viewer 2 JIRAs not on that list Hamlet - I would suggest the real list is much longer.
It is worth posting stuff on the JIRAs - I expect to see some functional issues and bugs fixed when the proper release comes out and even more in 2.1. Of course posting stuff like 'scrap the sidebar' may serve to illustrate our frustration but in reality isn't going to happen. So please post and vote on bugs and issues in the JIRA - it is one of the best ways to show what we care about most.

I appreciate the work of all people who share information with others.
