Tomorrow at 8PM in Second Life, Come Get Naked With Me!

In troubled times like these, there's one you can count on in Second Life: Getting naked for fun and prizes. Even better, getting naked with an acclaimed artist in Beijing. Tomorrow at 8pm SLT in Second Life, I'll be at RMB City, the acclaimed art installation by my friend and sometimes collaborator Cao Fei (known in Second Life as China Tracy), to judge the Naked Idol contest. As the name suggests, we're talking naked avatars, but not necessarily nude: As the rules state, "Naked could be anything! Undressed or overexposed. Highly costumed or almost invisible." I'll be judging the contest along with China Tracy and Rodion Resistance. Winners takes L$30,000 home. Here's how to be part of the contest:

Join the “Naked Idol” Second Life group
Come to People’s Park [direct SLurl at this link] on June 13, 2010, 8pm SLT.
After assembling in People’s Park, the Naked flash mob will travel to five sites in RMB City for a naked dance. Our panel of judges will select the best naked avatar.
The fight for the ultimate Naked Idol will be held in People’s Park, where the selected avatars will be asked to perform their personal Naked Show.

Best part is, after the winner is selected, we're having a naked parade tour outside RMB City. Questions? IM me (Hamlet Au), or Gianna Yebut!

Too bad Linden Lab regions can't support more than about 10 avatars without croaking. Otherwise it might have raised my interest for more than 30 milliseconds.

This is obviously arranged for our American friends only, as in the rest of the world an 8pm SLT starting time is slightly inconvenient, to put it gently.
