This weekend we opened our new adventure island called 'Escapades' to the public. The aim of the island is to try out different levels of interactivity for SL visitors and maintain a community driven themed experience such as....
Level 1: Exploring and walking around the places.
Level 2: Engaging in Quests and interactive objects to discover secrets and prizes.
Level 3: Joining the community and taking part in events and adventures with other residents.
We have installed Tweet Coins using the now gone Babbage Lindens SLOauth system so you can tweet to your friends the places you may discover as you explore Escapades.
We also have a 'Bashables' game where you can smash things up using a stick.
All are welcome to the island of adventure and although not everything has been installed or finished there is plenty to explore.
We are also still looking for creative adventurous types to build awesome interesting builds adding to the experience of Escapades.

Has anyone gotten into Minecraft? Seems like the kind of game that belongs in SL. I wonder how long it will be before someone reverse-engineers the mechanics and scripts them in LSL. My guess is it would be a huge hit, given the popularity of the game in its pre-release stage. Would a lawsuit ensue, I wonder....
Actually, it's probably already out there in the grid, somewhere :)

Hi... back when I had a reason to read Massively, I greatly appreciated their categorization of articles, so there was a URL I could go to and _only_ read the SL-related posts. Any chance you could do something similar here? I understand that you're diversifying,. and why--but as a reader I'd like the option to just read SL material.
