Over on the Blue Mars blog (which I’m developing as a consultant for Avatar Reality), there’s an update on the project coming soon from Ball State University’s IDIA Lab studio, creating “Immersive Learning” experiences in Blue Mars that include 3D objects created by laser-scanning the original artifacts. I'm profoundly biased of course, but I think it's pretty cool. More here.
