Today, Botgirl Questi and New World Notes columnist Nightflower are unveiling "Night and Day", a new episodic machinima series set in Second Life, and while I'm fairly biased, I think it's gorgeously produced and sassy fun, have a look:
Night and Day: Episode One from Botgirl Questi on Vimeo.
By the way, I had nothing to do with the, um, Hamlet-flavored dialog or plotting, so I'm watching to see what happens with as much suspense as you are. Read about how they created and shot this on Botgirl's blog, and also on Nightflower's blog.
Amazing! Purrfect pairing of personalities. I can't wait for the next episode.

ok cool. but i think they need to go to the expense (or trouble) of using Crazy Talk or one of those other apps to make the mouths move. i guess i'm spoiled by Metaverse TV and Tonight Live.

I dunno, I personally prefer no lip movements over really out of sync lip animations. And I've never seen any really super good sync, not even in the best next gen videogames.

It looks weird with no mouth movements at all though, I agree Wizard.

i think my point is that "most" people who view this, and i mean most people who are mainstream, and not familiar with SL culture, will find it odd or even uncomfortable that there is no lip movement. just sayin.
