Inception - The App is, as the name suggests, an application that brings the reality of the Chris Nolan classic onto your iOS device, in a particularly ingenious way: Rather than just show you clips from the movie or suchlike, the app integrates elements of the Hans Zimmer soundtrack with sounds of the world around you. Nolan and Zimmer developed it with RjDJ, a London studio whose Chief Creative Officer is Robert Thomas, who's better known to Second Life Residents as Dizzy Banjo, creator of several innovative music projects in SL, chief among them Parsec, which is a kind of a precursor to the RjDJ apps, including this Inception app.
As Dizzy explains in the video above, "It really feels like Inception the movie... is kind of infiltrating right down into your real life."
