"☆Imagine night The MovieⅡ! The counterattack of Monster" is technically safe for viewing at work, though your co-workers may think you're incredibly strange. I mean, the Warrior's Way with its flying ninjas versus steampunk cowboys is nice and all, but I bet it doesn't have a scene where a Star Wars stormtrooper and a monkey with a chain gun and a guy piloting the man-eating plant from Little Shop of Horrors take on King Kong amid a storm of flying watermelons. Srsly, watch:
Gorgeously shot and edited by Japanese Second Life Resident Porcorosso Ackmann, who helpfully explains the story: "This animation is divided into two, and the story of the first turn 'is advent of God'; and the story of the second... is 'Counterattack of the monsters'. This event is started at the scene where God descends to the building of the huge person type set up by a region." That's pretty much what I was going to say. And as it happens, it's actually a sequel to a machinima Mr. Ackmann released last year. If I was throwing a rave dance party, I would totally project both of them on the wall in an endless loop of crystalline hallucinogenic beauty.
Spectacular!
I wish I lived in Second Life as depicted by the Machinimas, jam-packed with intricate builds and smoothly-flowing animations but alas if you had witnessed that scene through my SL eyes you would have had to wait an age for everything to rez and another age for it all to advance one frame.
