My favourite is ColeMarie Soleil! Shame on you Hamlet for not including her.

Hamlet Au

I probably would, Faerie, but Colie writes for NWN and her great stuff is already featured here a lot, so we decided to not include her to avoid favoritism.

/me pouts "That's still not fair, AND I'm still voting for her!"

and if anyone hasn't been to one of her incredible concerts here is one from 2008:

and this is what she sounds like now:

Dunan Wilder

Voted too :D

But you know hamlet, even if Cole writes for NWN, she's still the favorite of many people, me included. And the poll asks for our opinion, it's not really advertisement as such. Just my two cents =^.^=

Much as I like Skye Galaxy, I got to say - Zachh Cale for President! Zachh is such a lovely man and he deserves a bit of recognition for his great talent.

Hamlet/Gang -
1) No engrama? Wow - Those guys are beatific.

Sure that is a good idea for Chouchou put a video where Juliet dont sing? Very bad :)

Masami Kuramoto

Chouchou without vocals? That's only 50% of the experience!

Alena Bayn

Skye Galaxy transcends well beyond the limits of Second Life and we are fortunate to be a part of his path into the realization of a life dream.

Both ethereal and magical, his song can reduce one to tears, as his melody seems to reach in and touch an intrinsic part of your soul.

With a voice of an angel and compositions that are of his own design, we are gifted with an artist who not only interprets the songs of others with his own creative and beautiful vision, but also writes his own destiny in the original songs he sings.

So, NOBODY voted for several of these (e.g. Chouchou, The Black Stripes and a couple of others) whereas some artists who DID get a mention (several in some cases) are not included.

I take it the panel have decided who gets in rather than doing any "narrowing down" of entrants as was mentioned in the original post?

Phase, I'm fairly certain that all of these artists did get mentions in the nominating, regardless or whether or not the mentions were dropped on the original post.

As for my vote tally, it looks like both of the people to whom I mentioned the poll voted. My astroturf guerrilla campaign had all the effectiveness of the Peoples' Front of Judea.
