Across the Grid with Lindal Kidd is a good resource for new Second Life users, recommended to me by Kanomi Pikajuna.
As Kanomi puts it: "[Lindal] was a Linden helper back when they had them, she has persevered through it all and continued to help newbies in spite of the many barriers in her way. Now she made a blog, so I have tried to point it out to as many as possible."
And now I'm pointing it out too!
