Click here to find and add Second Life profiles to your Google Plus account. This is a sleek and nifty Google search query from Tateru Nino. Doing that brings up a bunch of SL-oriented Google+ profiles. Click on any of them, such as Stephen Venkman's below, and if you already have a Google+ account and you're logged in, you'll see an option to add them to your Circle:
