Island of Milk & Cream [direct SLurl teleport link here] is a sim-wide project by Penny Patton, a RL/SL digital artist who's been creating cool stuff in SL at least since 2007 and recently published a much-discussed essay on the design problems around avatar size. Now that we've established those bonafides, go to her blog and read her design notes on Milk & Cream, which includes a lot of fun Easter eggs, a place inspired by the Fallout RPG games, and of course, digital eye candy goodness throughout.

Hee! Someone just directed me over here suggesting I should maybe point out that it's not a full sim-wide build.
The whole island, secret areas and all, fits neatly into only a quarter of a sim.

Also, wanted to point put Kichi Kutanaga, the owner of the land parcel, is primarily responsible for the treehouse platforms and Alyce Beaumont-Snow did most of the work for the current airship docks.

I found this thing via the destination guide, it should have been marked Adult and not Mature. Looks like the listing was yanked entirely.
