I Like Looking at the SL Images That Cajsa Lilliehook Likes

I like looking at the many SL images that Cajsa Lilliehook likes, which is something she does on Shopping Cart Disco from time to time. Also a great way to find new SL blogs and Flickr streams and such. Neither is it simply a mindless "Ooooh pretty" compilation, for Ms. Lilliehook takes the time to give each pic a thoughtful review. Take for instance this marvelous Harry Potter-inspired SL image by Lila Clemenceau for UvaSL -- here is what Cajsa says: "I love this photo... for capturing that look of fierce, single-minded concentration on her face as she stretches her hand for the Snitch. It looks as though she used CTL-8 to give a bit of fish-eye lens distortion to really pull us into that s-t-r-e-t-c-h. The perspective is fabulous and it’s one of my favorites of all time. I note that her placement of the Snitch is perfect for highlighting it." Agreed. Now see and read about the rest of her selections.

Thanks for the write up and promotion for my column. I post it every Monday and Thursday and have found it to be very rewarding. There really is so much great work out there on the blogs, Flickr and KoinUp and it reinvigorates my love for Second Life to see what others are doing.
