Chestnut Rau has the scoop on a new sim in Second Life, "Through the Lens of Dreams", made by longtime metaverse artists Madcow Cosmos and Lorin Tone. The photos she took from the place remind me of Terry Gilliam's classic animated shorts for Monty Python way back when, except in 3D. If you're a SL blogger, photographer and machinima makers, you can request early access from Chestnut to the sim today. Otherwise wait until this coming Sunday, when it's open to all: Starting then, click here for a direct teleport to the sim.

Excellent, Madcow's work is never boring or predictable.
