On Tuesday I showed you "The Lucid Journey", the winner of this year's 48 Hour Machinima Contest, now here's another entry worth a look: "Princess M", written and directed by Patrick Kendrik, with some good voice acting by lead actress Ms. Pipsqueak Albatross, and a clever storyline with nice editing and witty juxtapositions. Unsurprisingly, it won "Best Creative Impression" in the contest.
See the rest of the 48 Hour entries here.
On behalf of the Machinimart team, thank you Hamlet, for giving "Princess M" a wider audience!
In addition to writer/director Patrick Kendrick and the genius method actress Pipsqueak Albatros, I'd like to acknowledge the contribution of Running Lady Studios. Suzy Que and GnuEon Aeon made invaluable contributions to the story development and production design of this short.
Also, the electrifying music by Marbeya Sound.
This was a true team effort that really paid off.
