Iris Ophelia's ongoing review of virtual world and MMO fashion
Vintage Fair, a two sim shopping extravaganza for anyone with a retro itch to scratch, is ending this weekend on December 3rd. I wanted to wrap up my coverage of this unique event with a memorable look, something with antique flair.
Like it? Here's the Fair items I bought to get this look:
- I picked the gorgeous Sakura lingerie set from League, which comes with several different pieces so you can wear as much or as little of this outfit as you like. The camisole, underwear, garters, stockings, and corset come on several different layers, and the corset itself comes with prim upper and lower attachments so it will move with you without the trouble that can come with wearing mesh at this point. My favorite part of this outfit is the floral print detail, which is in line with the elegant and ultra-feminine styles that League has been releasing lately.
- If you're looking to accessorize, this outfit matches a gorgeous antique-inspired jewelry set that League released shortly after the fair started, which comes with a pair of earrings and several different necklaces. Considering the brand started out with a lot of leather and streetwear, I'm a HUGE fan of what League has evolved into over the years! Though it's not at the fair, you can pick up League's Vintage Jewelry at their mainstore [Click here to teleport to League in DUENDE] or on the Marketplace.
- This lingerie is the perfect match for Grandma's Bed by Baffle!. It may not be the sexiest name for a bed, but this plush-looking piece of furniture is trimmed with dried flowers and shabby-chic accents, and it also has a dozen or so PG poses for the shutterbugs among us.
- If those poses aren't enough to satisfy you, swing by (pda) at the fair for some gorgeous couples poses inspired by pulp novels. If like me you don't have much use for couples poses, you can still drool over the incredibly well done ad images on Flickr!
Be sure to check out part 1 and part 2 of my Vintage Fair Featurettes if you haven't already, and don't miss your chance to check out the fair while you still can! [Teleport to Vintage Fair in CLASSIC]

I just want to say thank you for this series of articles. There are some creators out there with a very fine eye for taste.

Vintage Fair is awesome. I bought my first mesh hair do from Alice-Project at the fair.
The Vintage look seems very Katy Perry...
