SL users, click here to take a totally confidential survey for L$1000 run by RTI International, a non-profit research organization (and now a sponsoring partner of this blog) which will ask about your RL technology use, health and wellness, your exercise habits, and medical conditions. The study is totally confidential, the report’s results will be featured on New World Notes, and again, you get L$1000 for participating.
Some background on RTI International and the survey:
RTI International is a nonprofit research organization in the Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA. The survey for this study will recruit SL users with chronic medical conditions including diabetes, chronic pain, HIV+, and cancer. To participate, you need to be 18 or older, and a US resident. The 20 minute survey will ask questions about your real life technology use, general health and wellness, exercise habits, as well as questions about a medical condition you may have. (Even though the survey is coordinated in Second Life, the researchers want background on your real life.) All participants earn L$1,000 for their time, and have an opportunity to earn more L$ by referring others to the study. The survey will determine if you’re eligible for the study; if so, RTI International will contact you in Second Life.
I saw the link/ad here on NWN last week and took the survey and actually did get 1000L for it. YAY - shopping spree!
Thank you for sharing the opportunity here.

1000L? Sell price 3.83 USD = 20 minutes of my life I'll not get back!!! another research company in SL paid 50,000L for a 30 minute group meeting. Now that was worth the effort!
