Try http://simonastick.com for a collaborative effort on a great version of the stick! Look at the "blog posts" link to see a video of choosing one 256 meter, one megaregion, or four 256 metre regions and on how to create accounts

Sim-on-a-stick can even be setup as a community grid for a classroom!
