There are some truly gorgeous scenes deep in more dangerous areas, but almost all of the pictures I've taken for this post were near the starting area, using a level 3 character who doesn't even wear proper armor. I think a lot of Skyrim's success goes back to its accessibility for different levels of gamers, so you may be surprised :D
foneco zuzu commented on 'Four Tricks for Taking Gorgeous Skyrim Screenshots'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8341bf74053ef016769506a62970b2012-08-16T18:14:25Z2012-08-16T18:14:25Zfoneco zuzuhttp://sl9b.wordpress.com/O ne can take hours, endless ones i must say, to try mods, to merge them and all, it was...
O ne can take hours, endless ones i must say, to try mods, to merge them and all, it was one of my fav ways of playing was just installing, modding some or creating some as well;)
These games are nice but they seem so violent and require you to learn combat skills which I do not really have time for.
Lee commented on 'Four Tricks for Taking Gorgeous Skyrim Screenshots'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8341bf74053ef0167694cd2e0970b2012-08-16T01:22:47Z2012-08-16T01:22:47ZLeeTaking pictures is the best part of these games!
@Zerosion I considered mentioning this mod, but I don't mind the UI as it is all that much, and I love using the console as a sort of "freeze frame" toggle to get that perfect shot. The iHUD definitely a great option of many users though! And anything that lets you customize your UI can be a godsend for immersiveness. :)

@Logion Good call! Though I have to admit, I like a little gore here and there in my pics. >:D
Logion commented on 'Four Tricks for Taking Gorgeous Skyrim Screenshots'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8341bf74053ef01761740a467970c2012-08-15T22:38:10Z2012-08-15T22:38:10ZLogionI can also recommend mods that disable the blood splatter when you are going for screenshots where you are fighting.
I can also recommend mods that disable the blood splatter when you are going for screenshots where you are fighting.
Zerosion commented on 'Four Tricks for Taking Gorgeous Skyrim Screenshots'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8341bf74053ef017744271d47970d2012-08-15T22:33:29Z2012-08-15T22:33:29ZZerosionInstead of using the Console I personally love using Gopher's Immersive HUD (iHUD). Immersive HUD (iHUD). ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3222 )

It allows you to choose what part of the HUD you want, what you dont want, and anything you want to appear at certain points (On stamina use, on sneak, etc.)

Do you really need to look at your H/S/M when your not using them? Or do you prefer not having a compass? So as to make exploring more challenging, and more fun. Just playing the game while not using certain HUD elements really does make a difference in my opinion.

It will also of course, remove the need to go into the console every time you want to take a screenshot. I suggest anyone interested to check it out. If your using the Nexus Mod Manager (I dont know why you wouldn't be) its just takes a couple clicks to install. :)
James___UK commented on 'Four Tricks for Taking Gorgeous Skyrim Screenshots'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8341bf74053ef0176174092ef970c2012-08-15T22:23:40Z2012-08-15T22:23:40ZJames___UKCrap, no wait, I meant to say 'tfc', not 'tgm', that toggles god mode XD
Crap, no wait, I meant to say 'tfc', not 'tgm', that toggles god mode XD
James___UK commented on 'Four Tricks for Taking Gorgeous Skyrim Screenshots'tag:typepad.com,2003:6a00d8341bf74053ef0167694c21b7970b2012-08-15T22:23:05Z2012-08-15T22:23:05ZJames___UKGreat article! Also worth mentioning is the 'tgm' command, allows you to move the camera more freely, although when entered into the console in third person mode your character disappears when you move the camera and look to where you're at
