Build a World With Your Fingers With the iPad Game Topia

Topia is an iOS game that looks quite lovely. From some creators of the great Populous "god game" series, this new world-making simulation lets you spawn various kinds of animals, change the land's color, and also the water and sky, and so on -- all with your fingertips. (Again, another example of the kind of game I call "the future of virtual content creation".) Doesn't seem to be much game in this game, at least in the description and video, but maybe you don't need one when you have a world in your hands.
