Kavar Cleanslate's hair brand, Exile, is pretty popular even beyond the fashion community in SL, and it's not much of a mystery why. His styles are well-crafted and very distinctive, and most fashionistas can recognize an Exile style on sight. There are also plenty of designs available for male and female avatars, whether you prefer mesh or sculpted-- and in fact it's where I took Hamlet's avatar for a new 'do during his recent makeover.

Exile is also participating in the Together for Sway fundraiser alongside several other NWN Readers Choice brands, and that's where I picked up the perfectly pastel hairstyle I'm wearing in the picture above. Although you can get other hairs from Exile in this eye-catching pastel rainbow variation, I think this particular texture works exceptionally well on this style because of all the loose strands and twisting, trailing pieces in the back. It helps the features of the hairstyle stand out that much more (though I have no doubt that it would look gorgeous in just about any hue!)
