Click here to buy this Second Life-based work of art as a real life print, created (and now sold) by the acclaimed artist known in SL as Ms. Whiskey Monday. On her blog, she discusses the process of readying this image (a variation on another artwork) for print, and last year she explained the reasoning for putting her SL art up for sale, and the pricing:
My markup on these prints is marginal. Fine Art America [where her prints are sold] has a base price for prints that is reasonable for the work produced, but it’s not a bargain by any means. I wouldn’t want bargain printing hanging on my walls, and I didn’t think you would either. In order to keep the prices as affordable as possible, I kept my markup low. I don’t want anyone thinking I’m ripping off my friends when they buy my prints.
Prices start at $4.95 for greeting cards and $22 for an art print, so I'd say we're getting a great deal.

Good to read about people using their art in this fashion, Whiskey Monday has some beautiful artwork, I wish her well.

Did she design and create everything in that screenshot?
Because if she didn't, she is infringing upon the copyright of the creators. Just like she would be if she decided to sell screenshots of World of Warcraft.

Read the TOS. Residents and content creators alike are required to abide by them, and they give a lot of rights to creators of inworld photography and machinima. Particularly 7.3, 7.4, and the Snapshot and Machinima Policy.
