Janine "Iris Ophelia" Hawkins' ongoing review of gaming and virtual world style
The internet's favorite Minecraft roller coaster creators are back with a brand new mind-blowing creation, The Night Rail before Christmas. If you hadn't already guessed, it's inspired by Tim Burton's classic The Nightmare Before Christmas and executed entirely in Minecraft, the most popular sandbox game worldwide since actual playground sandboxes were invented.
This coaster follows the same formula that Nuropsych and co. are most known for. Their coasters all demonstrate careful timing, clever perspective tricks, accented with a healthy dose of dubstep. See the results for yourself:
As I mentioned the last time I wrote about their work, the team does accept donations from fans directly to The NF Family Foundation, which is a charity devoted to helping families affected by Neurofibromatosis. If there's anything better than great art, it's great art for an even greater cause.
Be sure to check out Nuropsych's YouTube channel for even more of their jaw-dropping minecraft coaster machinima, including the Beetle Juice track that is still my favorite by far.

SImply mind blowing. Their work is always amazing.

101% respect for building this. but the movement on those rails is looking like shit and i wonder about all the lag during the video. it even seems they can not build curves in minecraft. the moments when flying... well don't ask me for that. just zero physics. on top the video is way too long. there is still music playing while i scrolled down to type in here ages ago. the most flies are sitting on minecraft so it must be the biggest pile of shit but i still think it does look like crap. i stay with candy crush saga.
