Update, 7/30: This offer is no longer valid.
OnLive (for which I sometimes consult) has a special one month 75% discount for a subscription to its SL Go streaming service in celebration of SL11B. The discount offer ends on June 29, so if you've been interested in trying SL Go on your Android tablet or low-end laptop, this is a great chance to give it a go. I'm utterly biased, but until Linden Lab opens its new virtual world (and to judge by their announcement that's quite awhile down the road), SL Go is the best way to experience what's still the best and only and now 11 years old user-created, single shard MMO.
"If you get a chance and you're so inclined, try SL Go with the new Oculus Rift viewer for Second Life"
How do you figure that's possible?

I thought you needed to use a viewer designed for the Oculus Rift?

Argh, sorry, you're right, I was thinking of something else and misspoke -- I deleted that offer, never mind.

SL Go's video latency ensures it would be the worst possible VR experience imaginable..

didn't they just have a sale a few weeks ago?

SL Go is great if you have a high-speed connection, but then you are probably using your decent computer then. On most Wi-Fi on the go it is sadly a joke.
