Eddi Haskell is all over the premiere of The Hall of the Centaurs, which as he puts it, is by Havit Neox, "one of Second Life's most famous architects, [who] builds fanciful structures and entire cities that employ a wide range of architectural effects. His latest creation, In The Hall of the Centaurs at Second Life's famous Verdigris City, is another jewel in his crown... Make sure to walk and teleport to all levels to see hidden rooms which such as one with a rotating Unisphere that appears to have swarms of bees rising at its base."
Here's a direct teleport link to copy/paste into the SL browser of your choice:>/p>

But first, be sure to see more Centaurs' imagery and more Neox coverage from Eddi. And oh, unless you're at work, don't worry too about the adult content warning that comes up when you click:
Far as I can tell, that's just to flag the occasional big gay beefcake avatar shots Eddi features from time to time, which are hardly pornographic, and actually rather tame. (Then again, I lived near the Castro for nearly a decade, so maybe I'm not the best judge on that.)

Great post Eddi, as usual!

Thanks so much Hamlet for posting this -- and special thanks for my Second Life partner Benja for his comment above! The question of an adult rating has been very problematic since Google Blogspot decided to "award" my blog with this without even notifying me in late December - after publishing my blog for 6 years and generating over 2 million pageviews. I do not run real life or second life photos that are sexual or nude, there may be an occasional backside of an avatar that is shown but that is about it. The effect on my monthly page views has been devastating, they are down from 40,000 - 50,000 a month to about half that. Once your blog is rated "adult" you are practically invisible in search. I assumed this was a mistake, however I cannot find any way to contact Google to ask for a review other than to post a question in Blogger Help and hope that someone comes along from Google that can review your blog. Someone from Blogger did contact me and told me that it could be a problem with how my DNS in handled at Dynadot which hosts www.eddihaskell.com, but I corrected that and still cannot get rid of my adult rating. I want to give any potential blogger some advice -- do not use Google Blogspot if you want any customer service or control over your blog. You will not get it. Use something else.
