"Why would a 'bona-fide' Builder and his/her Use Case want to accept 'predatory' LL terms of service 2.3 and Intellectual Property Piracy?"

To answer my own question, because Linden Lab has never used the TOS in a predatory fashion while tens of thousands of content creators have made tens of millions of dollars from their SL content, in SL and in RL, without interference by LL.
