Bright Canopy, the service for streaming Second Life on the web, is holding an open community meeting for SLers tomorrow at 11am SLT.
As I blogged earlier this week, the service is having some scaling issues, and Bright Canopy founder Bill Glover (Chaos Priestman in SL, above) is going to address the future on the company sim, also called Bright Canopy:
Bill says, “The goal of this meeting is to share what we have learned with the launch and this past week of down time and to have a discussion with the community about what is needed to make this service sustainable and what our options are going forward.”
I'm going to be on a plane without a PC when this happens, so if you do attend, please share your thoughts in Comments.

They took questions and listened to suggestions, there wasn´t really anything new, it boils down to the scaling issue, they are trying, I guess they basically have to wait it out for better offers on frame´s/amazon/s side. But it was a good step to offer an eye-to-eye group meeting I´d say and people are still supportive and hope for it to pan out sooner or later. From what I´ve seen, not just there, I guess some see it as 'they bit off more than they can chew', but most folk seem supportive and appreciate it. I wouldn´t want to post a log here, but they put themselves a transcript on their blog: http://blog.brightcanopy.com/blog/
