Since that's found at projectsansar.com and it says it's for Project Sansar by Linden Lab I'm going to guess it's for Project Sansar.

Who made that bridge for one? and would it be a reflection of what Sansar content might look like in the coming months after it goes live for all? it certainly seems to lack the happy scrappiness that many pics of SL have. Hopefully content creators in the new system will work out how to fix that.

this is the actually login page " a screenshot of it" of the project sansar although you can not do anything on it its probably there only for the testers and developers :)
