Courtesy Luca Grabr, who made that excellent machinima infographic illustrating the size of Second Life, here's an intriguing and potentially cool tutorial showing you how to stream Second Life from your PC through wi-fi to your Android or iOS device:
I say "potentially" because the setup requirements could vex some, and there are already some mobile solutions for using SL:
iOS folks have Pocket Metaverse, while Androidees have the most impressive Lumiya. Still, Luca's solution looks to bring better graphics and more functionality. If you do give it a try, post your personal impressions below.

I was able to get this to work and it works okay. It's hard to control your character without having the on-screen avatar and camera controls but it looks fine. It only took a minute to install the software on my computer and phone.

I have been doing this for a while, it works great. Easy to control if you have a bluetooth keyboard for your tablet or phone.
