In order for the physics to work properly with mesh clothing, you need to wear clothing that is rigged for the particular body you are wearing or your body parts will just fall out of the mesh clothing. I am wearing the Maitreya mesh body in the video with clothing that is specifically rigged for that body from Blueberry.
