While the hand demo is amazing, what I'm finding fascinating is the avatar's eye movements! When did that get implemented? Geez, I feel like a newbie all over again.

@Joe: Avatar eyes have always been following the mouse pointer with some added random movement. Unless you hide your look at target, which makes them go dead and creepy...
