This is a beautiful and dreamlike Bento avatar hand demo from Russian Second Life user Lumen Wing, whose voice has seriously dulcet ASMR potential. It's all Russian language, of course, but she helpfully added a teleport link where you can buy these Bento hands: Click here to visit Vista Animations.
Google Translate, by the way, has quite improved, at least when it comes to Russian:
In this video review will be the first in SL animated by hand BENTO VISTA ANIMATIONS. Warning: these hands, you can only be used with meshevymi bodies Maitreya, Belleza, Slink. as well as you will need to buy special BENTO animation to move the fingers. Cost of hands: L$999 The cost of animation from Vista Animations: L$1999L
While the hand demo is amazing, what I'm finding fascinating is the avatar's eye movements! When did that get implemented? Geez, I feel like a newbie all over again.

@Joe: Avatar eyes have always been following the mouse pointer with some added random movement. Unless you hide your look at target, which makes them go dead and creepy...
