This looks like a dream job for a creative engineer interested in developing social VR:
The company plans to continue developing and expanding a set of core offerings for the community marketplace to surprise and delight users. The Content Prototyping team focuses on creating interactive users tools for the marketplace, both to provide examples of the kinds of features that can be implemented on the platform and to help expand the platform's core capabilities.
That's all a very wordy way of saying this:
Create cool shit that gets people excited about High Fidelity, and encourages them to be even more creative. Linden Lab used to hire talented Second Life creators to do just that, adding features that weren't part of the pipeline, but my impression is that happens less often nowadays.
Job probably pays enough to rent somebody's floor near an area where the homeless pee 24/7.
